Q1. 預購商品需要等待多久?
How long does it take to wait for pre order products?
A: 每月15&30号是预购截单日（從結單日開始計算寄送天数30天工作日).現貨商品會在3個工作日內寄出
A: Preorder on the 15th &30th of each month (about 30 days for delivery)
*若訂單內同時含有預購商品則統一貨到齊後一併寄出，如果需要分開發出可以聯繫客服而外付郵費。
*若無法等待/緊急需要的仙女，建議先聯繫客服詢問是否有現貨/馬上發出才下單唷
Q2. 售空的商品還會補貨嗎？Will the sold out products still be restocked?
A: 大部分商品售空就會下架，也可以和客服確認。Most products wont be restock when sold out, can be confirmed with customer service.
Q3. 西馬可以拼單RM150湊免郵嗎？Can I mix orders for WM RM150 free shipping?
A: 可以的，delivery option 可以選擇訂單合包。如果是想要等下次的一起寄可remark “hold’。 然後如果是已經要寄了可remark “可以寄了”。
A: Yes, choose ‘combine order’ on delivery option. If you want to wait for the next collection please remark "hold". Then if you want us to sent it, please remark "can be sent".
Q4.自取地點在哪裡呢？
A: 打包後我們會聯繫仙女可以去取貨了。
A: Pickup point at No.30 Taman Johor Jaya, Jalan Dedap 24, 81100(Twin Superstar) (1030am-18:30pm)(Tuesday Close).
