1. No refund is allowed after order and payment is confirmed.
2. We will check all the items are in good condition before they shipped out. If the goods are found to be defected, please inform us within 3 days after receiving the parcel. If the defect is more than 1cm, you may contact us and send it back to us, we will provide return and replacement if it's reach the exchange enquiry( C.O.G will only responsible for the replacement item's postage). However, we unable to provide a return or refund for defects or stains less than 1 cm. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Customer should ensure your size before placing order, no return and refund service provided unless is our problem.
4. If your purchased items are out of stock, you may have to exchange it to other items within the purchasing amount.
5. Due to hygiene requirements, the exchanged and returned items must be kept in the original state. All damaged items will not be accepted.
